Psoriasis
Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disease characterized by thick, scaly plaque. We provide efficacy evaluation services for candidate drugs targeting psoriasis using an animal model of acute skin inflammation induced by application of Imoquimod, a TLR7/8 ligand, to the skin.
