Experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE)
C57BL/6 mice are widely used in the EAE model as they show a chronic and more gradual progress in disease compared to PL/J or B10.PL that show more acute and self-restrictive progress. Using this model, we provide efficacy evaluation services focused on clinical usefulness of candidate drugs targeting multiple sclerosis.
